Galveston Texas Vacation Rental

Rates:

• Summer - June 1 - August 30
  • $655 a night weekday / $695 a night weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun)- three night minimum 

• Fall-    September 1 - December  31
  • $525 a night weekday / $595 a night weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun)- three night minimum 
• Winter-   January 1 - February 28
  • ◦$495 a night weekday / $525 a night weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun)- three night minimum 

• Spring-   March 1 - May 31
  • $525 a night weekday / $595 a night weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun)- three night minimum  

• Holidays -  July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years
  • $795 a Night - 4 Day Minimum

Other Fees

• $225 non-refundable cleaning fee
• 15% State of Texas & Galveston Occupancy Tax
• $600 Refundable Security Deposit

Rental Policy:

• 3 Night Minimum (4 on Holidays)
• Maximum of 15 Guests
• No Smoking
• No Pets
• Must be at least 25 years old to rent

Deposit Policy:

• 50% of rental cost is to be paid immediately  to hold requested dates.
• All reservations are paid in full 60 days prior to check in.
• $600 Security Deposit to be returned upon completion on contract within 30 days of check-out.

Cancellations / Refund Policy:

• Cancellations less than 60 days (90 days for Fourth of July, Labor, and Memorial Day or other holidays) will forfeit full rent unless the property can be rebooked at equal or greater amount. 
• Cancellations made more than 60 days will receive a refund minus $150 rebooking fee and any paypal credit card fees that may be applicable.
• All cancellations must be received in writing. 
• We recommend purchasing trip insurance that will cover all of your trip costs if you have to cancel due any unforeseen reason.  One vendor is http://www.insuremytrip.com 
• No refunds will be given for storm, inclement weather, or evacuation situations.   We advise trip insurance to cover these situations.
